The records are examined for each congregation over a 3 year cycle.

2. Registers of Baptisms, Marriages, & Burials

3. Congregational Historic Membership Roll

4. Congregational Minute Books

5. Session Minute Books

6. Committee of Stewards Minute Books

7. Official Board Minute Books
   or the equivalents thereof.
